This workshop explored new ways of making maps and the stories that they can tell, with architects, Siddhesh Godambe and Astha Sahay
Siddhesh and Astha are graduates from KRVIA. Both were part of the ‘A Forest in the City’ project as research assistants. The large 24ft architectural map of the forest on display at the exhibition was drawn by them. The map unravels the boundary of SGNP and Aarey as a narrative of the lives of the adivasi padas and slum settlements.
