This workshop was a walk with Aarey resident Manisha Dhinde Lotade to forage for local ingredients and cook a fresh meal.
Manisha Dhinde Lotade is a social activist and a tribal from Aarey Colony. She is a media graduate and the secretary of Adivasi Haq Samvardhan Samiti. An active participant in events, protests and performances - she fights for tribal rights in the city. She is a founding member of 'The Dhavleri', a group that advocates for tribal presence through Warli Art.
