Emilie Vouga

Emilie Vouga was born in 1840 in Vevey, Switzerland. She was a botanical artist, and her paintings were inspired by nature and her surrounding environment of trees, flowers, animals and birds. She mostly worked in watercolours and oil paints.

Regrettably, very little has been recorded regarding the life of this fine artist. She passed away in 1909.
